We work the unit top-to-bottom and back-to-front, finishing floors last and moving toward the door, so nothing already cleaned gets walked over again. Hard floors are swept before mopping so grit is lifted rather than dragged, and we use a damp rather than wet mop on laminate and engineered plank, which are common in rental construction and swell if over-wetted.
Compact Kitchen Detail

Most apartments fall in our smallest two square-footage tiers: a standard clean runs $136 for a unit under 1,000 sq ft and $151 for 1,000–1,249 sq ft, plus a bedroom adjustment of $10 for one bedroom, $20 for two, or $30 for three. A deep clean of the same unit — adding baseboards, inside appliances, and grout — runs $250 to $349. Recurring weekly and biweekly plans cost less per visit than a one-time booking. A unit that has not been professionally cleaned in months is usually quoted as a deep clean first, after which standard visits keep it maintained.
