On severely scaled glass, one visit substantially improves clarity; fully etched glass has surface damage that cleaning cannot reverse, and we will tell you if that is what you have.

The visible bowl is the easy part. We clean the bowl including under the rim where the water jets sit, then the seat top and underside, the hinge posts where residue collects, the tank exterior and lid, the base where it meets the floor, and the floor immediately behind it — the area most commonly skipped and the most common source of persistent bathroom odor. The supply line and shutoff valve are wiped as well, since dust and residue collect there unnoticed.
Shower and Tub Surface Recovery
Soap scum is a fatty film that bonds to tile, acrylic, and glass and resists general cleaner. We treat the surface, allow dwell time, and agitate with a pad matched to the material — acrylic and cultured marble scratch under aggressive abrasives, so pad selection matters as much as product. Walls are worked top-down, then the floor and drain surround, then rinsed thoroughly so no product film is left behind to dull the finish or make the surface slick.

Because condition drives the work far more than square footage, we ask for a description or photos before confirming — heavy scale and discolored grout take substantially longer than a maintained room.

Products staged and applied to dwell
Treatments go on first and are left to work — scale remover on glass and fixtures, grout product on the lines, degreaser on the tub surround. Dwell time is the step home attempts skip, and it is the difference between dissolving buildup and merely smearing it. While products work, we clean the surfaces that need no dwell.
Agitate, detail, and rinse
Each treated surface is agitated with a pad or brush matched to the material, then rinsed fully so no residue is left to dull the finish or attract new buildup. Grout is worked line-by-line, the toilet is completed in full including base and behind, and fixtures are polished dry so water spots do not reappear as they dry.
Inspect under real light
Bathrooms hide streaks and film until the light hits them at an angle, so we check glass, mirrors, and chrome from multiple sightlines before finishing. Anything that resurfaces gets a touch-up pass. We also tell you plainly if something we found — etched glass, failed caulk, damaged grout — needs repair rather than cleaning.
